Yesterday, after a LONG day of work, David and I hit the gym. It was leg day, which is my favorite day because it always leaves me sweaty and exhausted. I’ve been lifting weights for a little over a year now, and I’ve noticed I’ve gotten stronger! In the beginning of 2012, I could barely complete 3 sets of 10 squats with JUST the bar as my weight. Now, I can successfully do 3 sets of 10-12 reps with 50 pounds on the bar! Small victories!
Anyway, here is what I did:
We came home, made a healthy dinner, watched LOST and then fell asleep. It was a productive day!
